ABOUT AMY
Amy O’Brien, LPCC has worked in the mental health field for more than 20 years. She believes in a collaborative approach with her clients, together identifying life patterns that need to be changed or improved, and utilizing the strengths that her clients already possess to enhance their lives. Amy is trained in EMDR, and the Prepare/Enrich program. Amy has a passion for the arts, and believes strongly in their therapeutic value. Amy is a board-certified music therapist and enjoys including expressive arts in the counseling process whenever fitting.
